Role summary
Own a module in a full-stack ASP.NET product. Drive technical direction, solution design, and reliable delivery while bridging business and engineering.
Experience ranges (7+ years) are indicative. We value impact, ownership, and problem-solving ability.
What you'll do
- Own module outcomes end-to-end (design, delivery, and production reliability).
- Lead design discussions, trade-offs, and architecture decisions.
- Drive discovery/blueprinting and translate needs into a technical plan.
- Lead customer-facing workshops, demos, and technical discussions.
- Convert customer needs into scalable product capabilities (config-first, reusable patterns).
- Guide engineers through reviews and hands-on problem solving.
Skills & technology
Required
- .NET , ASP.NET backend architecture and solution design
- Advanced SQL performance engineering and data design
- Scalable API and integration design (REST platforms, integration patterns)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and complex integrations
- Frontend awareness across enterprise UI frameworks
- Legacy service layers and integrations (including WCF)
- Preferable exposure to SAP/ERP Integrations, RFC, iDOC, PI-PO
- API security fundamentals (authentication/authorization, JWT)
- Strong collaboration with DevOps on CI/CD automation and release reliability
- Familiarity with cloud deployment concepts (as applicable)
- Uses AI-assisted tools responsibly for faster development, debugging, and documentation, while maintaining code quality
Engineering practices
- Sets standards for reviews, testing, and release readiness.
- Promotes observability and operational discipline.
- Improves predictability by clarifying scope, risks, and dependencies.
